Pink grapefruit is a citrus fruit with a centuries-old history, it contains a lot of vitamin C and is a natural fat burner . Among its other properties , it purifies the blood by eliminating waste substances, promotes diuresis and is very useful in fighting cellulite, loss of appetite and digestive disorders. You can use the ingredient to make a good cocktail like the Salty Dog , created in 1950 by George Jessel, the same inventor of the Bloody Mary. 10 cl of grapefruit Kuna , 4 cl of Vodka and a crust of salt on the glass. An alternative version can be with Tequila instead of Vodka, to maintain a distinctive and sometimes sharp flavor, appreciated by lovers of sour and bitter. Suitable for both an aperitif and a post-dinner. In both cases, the advice is to serve the long drink in a tumbler instead of a glass to make the moment in which the colored liquid is poured into it more impactful and scenic.
