Celery

The first vegetable of Suqqo SPA is celery. Originally from the Mediterranean, in ancient Greece it was considered a concentration of magical power, connected with the deities of the underworld and the souls of the dead thanks to its strong smell . Today it is one of the most appreciated foods in detox and slimming diets thanks to its lightness and low calories. Rich in fiber, it is useful against constipation , it has both a diuretic and anti-inflammatory effect.

Fennel

A plant native to the Mediterranean, fennel was known in ancient times as the plant of longevity , also capable of neutralizing poisons. Rich in fiber, it contains vitamin A and thanks to anethole it is a friend of the entire gastrointestinal system, proving useful for intestinal spasms and to regulate the female cycle. It also has deflating properties, which make it an excellent diuretic capable of dissolving abdominal tension.

Green Apple

Known since ancient times, the apple is present in Italy today with about two thousand varieties. The rich presence of vitamins and mineral salts makes it an indispensable food for the growth of children and allows an effective purifying action of the organism.
