The properties

Pineapple is a tropical fruit from a plant native to South America, it has numerous nutritional properties thanks to the presence of vitamins and mineral salts. It is precious for our health for its anticoagulant, detoxifying, digestive and rejuvenating function. A slice alone provides 25% of the daily energy requirement, so get a sufficient quantity on our shop .

You can create delicious recipes with pineapple. From skewers to boats. To make about six skewers you need 150 grams of pineapple, 130 grams of melon, 120 grams of watermelon and 30 grams of blueberries. Obviously all strictly seasonal. Then the puzzles begin: whoever makes the most creative and visually pleasing one with lots of colorful cubes wins. Our suggestion is to use your imagination and arrange the ingredients according to the shade.

The second idea is a nice little boat : here too, pineapple can be very useful thanks to its shape. Just divide it into four equal parts and remove the final part. With the same knife, you need to cut the central part without removing it and, through a horizontal cut, separate the peel from the pulp. From the latter, you need to obtain small segments of one centimeter and arrange them in a staggered manner on the base to recreate a boat. Afterwards, the advice is to attach toothpicks with small-sized ingredients such as raspberries and strawberries.
