The properties

The green apple has been known since ancient times and is present in Italy with about two thousand varieties. The rich presence of vitamins and mineral salts makes it an indispensable food for the growth of children and allows an effective purifying action of the organism. Useful in case of slimming diets, it fights cholesterol, can be consumed in case of diabetes and has an effective action of rejuvenation of the skin.

Thanks to the process called HPP , high pressure processing, we at Suqqo preserve all the elements just listed. How? Simple, with this treatment in which the liquid is not heated, but subjected to high pressure instead of high temperatures. This allows us to eliminate only bacteria and keep the product natural, which is 100% fruit.

In this case, the sweet taste of the ingredient in question remains and there is no need to add sugar or water. You can find it not only in the single-flavor Kuna, but also in the vegetable-based Suqqo SPA . Celery, fennel, spinach, lime, mint tea and of course green apple.
